Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the website’s content solely for their personal or business purposes

Payments for services are due as outlined in each client’s engagement agreement. Failure to remit payment by the agreed date may result in suspension or termination of services. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Wilson-Thompson Accounting and Tax reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
